The security division of the mgm group, mgm security partners GmbH, is expanding its management team: Dr. Bastian Braun has joined the three-man management team. At the same time, the shareholders have appointed him as the second managing director.

IT service provider q.beyond and mgm will cooperate in future in implementing software development projects. The aim is to jointly support medium-sized companies and public-sector organisations in introducing future-proof business applications. Within the A12 partner programme, q.beyond will additionally draw on the platform to develop software for its medium-sized customers.

There are two very exciting events happening at mgm: We reached 1,000 employees at the beginning of September and our management team is growing. Beate Harr, Head of Finance since 2017, and Gertrud Rossa, Head of Human Resources since 2012, have joined the management team, which now consists of ten people. In addition, Dr. Steffen Weber, who has been a member of mgm's Executive Board since 2008, was appointed by the shareholders as the second Managing Director.

With another acquisition, we are getting an experienced product company and proven test automation experts* into the mgm family: mgm technology partners GmbH has taken over Quality First Software GmbH (QFS), headquartered in Geretsried near Lake Starnberg in Bavaria, as of 1 September 2022.

mgm has achieved revenue of over €100 million for the first time. Revenue for the fiscal year 2021 totalled €103.2 million, corresponding to an increase of 21.1%. EBIT amounted to €17.9 million.

We are convinced that this is a further step towards a sustainable and successful business development: mgm technology partners has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Clientis AG, a move that boosts the company's ERP proficiency in SAP environments.

To support digitisation projects, the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs (StMD) invited tenders for a framework contract for various IT services. mgm was now awarded the contract as general contractor together with KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and Höhn Consulting as one of seven companies.

mgm and the Munich-based IT development company eForce21 GmbH merge. mgm takes over 100 percent of the shares of eForce21, which initially remains as a company. It will be integrated into mgm in the medium term and will continue as the 17th mgm location "Munich South".
