mgm is a member of ASQF: a new partnership for software quality assurance

Since July 2023 mgm technology partners is an official member of the Arbeitskreis Software-Qualität und -Fortbildung e.V. (ASQF), an IT expert network for software quality, software testing and other IT topics in German-speaking countries. By joining, we confirm our commitment to the implementation of high-quality enterprise projects.

The goal of the ASQF is the exchange and networking as well as the education and training of experts in this field. The organization with more than 1,200 members from industry and science has been shaping and securing software and system quality in the DACH region for 25 years. In doing so, it advocates internationally uniform training and further education of (IT) experts, for example as co-developer of the German certification GTB / ISTQB – CTFL (Certified Tester, Foundation Level), which has now reached an international standard and is widely used. The association supports its members in their work with its own training courses, regular regional and supra-regional specialist group meetings and special ASQF conferences and events.

Valuable network of experts: “We look forward to more!”

Lilia Gargouri and Martin Varendorff, project managers of the mgm Quality Team, already had the opportunity in mid-July to participate in the 5th Software Quality Night organized by the ASQF in Munich. The event was held under the motto “Artificial Intelligence: Perspectives”. “The presentations on the topics of testing with AI as well as ethics and security in the use of AI were very exciting and there was the opportunity to exchange ideas with other quality experts on site. We are looking forward to more,” says Lilia Gargouri. “Being part of the ASQF gives us access to a valuable network of professionals from which we can mutually benefit,” adds Martin Varendorff, who is pleased, “We are proud to be part of the ASQF network and look forward to working with other experts.”
