mgm opens the Public Sector Congress Season 2024 in Munich: Under the motto “Let’s fix it! Creating the “Digital Administration House””, the Bavarian Future Congress of the Behörden Spiegel will take place on February 6, 2024. It offers an established platform for current and future developments in the digitalization of the state and municipalities. The patron of the Future Congress is Dr. Fabian Mehring, Bavarian State Minister for Digital Affairs.
When concepts, solutions and new strategies for the digital transformation of government and administration are discussed in Munich in February, mgm will once again be represented as a congress partner at the Zukunftskongress. In addition to current topics on OZG implementation, digital citizen and company services and the cloud, the focus this year will once again be on register modernization.
Focus on register modernization
Making data stored in registers usable by modernizing the German register landscape is a prerequisite for the sustainable digitalization of the administration. Only the simple, secure and sustainable usability of register data can ensure the German state’s ability to act digitally in the long term. A modern register landscape provides added value for citizens and companies and promotes efficient digital administration. Representatives from public administration, politics and business will discuss how this can be implemented in practice in Expert Forum II “Register Modernization”. Janos Standt, Head of Public Sector at mgm, will be on the panel.
