A production-ready SaaS ERP platform in six months: Together with CHEFS VALUE by CHEFS CULINAR Software und Consulting GmbH, a subsidiary of CHEFS CULINAR, mgm technology partners built AIVI Smart Cuisine 100 percent agentically, from architecture all the way to operations. The approach is now also available to other companies that need to deliver complex applications without planning years for it.

The project started with a clear goal: to build a modern, highly automated, AI-supported kitchen management software as a SaaS platform. The result is AIVI Smart Cuisine, a solution for the food service industry, from nursing homes and hospitals to corporate catering, hotels, and modern kitchens looking to rethink how they manage their operations. mgm technology partners carried out every phase of the software development lifecycle agentically: from architecture and knowledge architecture to specification and quality assurance. Instead of working in traditionally separated roles, the team was organized in tandems, each pairing a domain expert with a technical expert who took end-to-end ownership of a use case.
Safety Through Human Oversight
Reviews and test creation are agent-assisted, while domain and technical approval remains in human hands. AIVI itself also uses AI selectively, wherever it adds real value. Areas where results must be reliably accurate, such as required quantities, inventory, budget, or allergens, are calculated deterministically. AIVI Smart Cuisine has passed a security audit and is in productive use today.
