For the third year in a row, mgm has been recognized in the Low Code / No Code category at the Readers’ Choice Awards of the Dev-Insider portal, taking home the platinum IT award again. Sergio Lerena Robles, member of the mgm management board, and Áine Hagenbucher, IT multi-project manager A12, accepted the award on behalf of the entire A12 team at the gala awards ceremony in Augsburg.
Low code for the public sector, industrial insurance and commerce
In the Low Code / No Code category, mgm was once again able to fully convince in its third year. “Winning the award again is a great signal for our entire A12 team. We will continue to work on our A12-based projects in the public sector, industrial insurance and commerce and put even more into our development work,” says Sergio Lerena Robles, who is supporting ELSTER, one of the largest digitization projects in Germany. The online platform for electronic tax returns has been using the low-code approach for years in its development.
Áine Hagenbucher, IT multi-project manager A12, is also attending the award ceremony this year on behalf of the A12 team. “We are always looking for new solutions and components that make it as easy as possible for users to use the software. We are very pleased to receive the award again and it shows us that we are on the right track with A12.”
Strong competition in the Low Code / No Code category
This year, the Vogel IT-Medien trade portals presented the coveted IT awards for the tenth time. Ten companies were nominated in each of over 40 categories. Readers, customers and partners were invited to vote for their favorites by the end of August.
The three companies with the most votes in each category were invited to the award ceremony in Augsburg. Once again, large, partly internationally operating software manufacturers were in the running for the Low Code / No Code category. According to the Vogel-Medien report, all nominated companies have “particularly distinguished themselves in the recent past – be it through groundbreaking new technologies, outstanding products and concepts or forward-looking strategies.”
This year, the gold and silver awards went to our colleagues at Infosys and Mendix. Congratulations!
