On 5 July 2024, solutions:essentials will take place in Hamburg, where selected solution partners will put together an exciting programme for practitioners. We are offering two deep dives on the topics of AI and flight levels from 12:00 to 16:00 and will not only impart theoretical knowledge, but also demonstrate practical approaches on how you can successfully implement these technologies and methods in your company.
Because both topics go hand in hand! Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing our world and opening up completely new possibilities. But how well prepared is your organisation for this transformation? Companies often fail even with manageable changes – so how can they successfully adapt to the disruptive forces of AI? In our first deep dive on the topic of AI, we will shed light on how companies are already benefiting from AI and what practical examples there are. Together, we will work out the prerequisites and fields of action for the successful use of AI in your company. The aim is to give you a clear vision of how you can integrate AI into your business processes in order to remain competitive in the long term.
Deep Dive Flight Levels and Business Agility
In the second deep dive, we present our flow model, which is based on the principles of flight levels. This model will help you achieve the business agility you need to take full advantage of the AI revolution. Adaptability is the key to mastering the potential triggered by AI and creating real added value for your company. You will receive recommendations for action and concrete approaches to make your company more adaptable and resilient in change situations.

From 12 noon to 4 p.m., there will be two other programme tracks in addition to ours at IT-Agile and Silpion, which will also deal with relevant topics of our time. Afterwards, there will be a transfer to the organiser, where we will all experience summaries of the programme tracks and a concluding lecture by Prof. Dr. Gerd Gigerenzer on the art of decision-making in uncertain times. The event will then conclude with a relaxed evening event where networks can be established and connections strengthened.
