On 2 October 2025, Roland Kreutzer, Head of Public Sector Consulting at mgm, together with Dr Julia Hodapp and Anna Voigt, will show at the Smart Country Convention (SCCON) how the NEGZ – Competence Network for Digital Administration – is driving forward the digital transformation of administration – and why it is worth getting actively involved.
In the workshop ‘NEGZ live: Working Groups & Initiatives in Dialogue – Impulses for the Administration of the Future’, the three experts will provide an interactive deep dive and practical insights into the diverse NEGZ working groups and initiatives, for example:

- Citizen services
